Job Title: Christian Service Outreach Director

Employment Status: Full Time, Exempt

Reports to: Upper School Principal 7-12

Start Date: October 2022

Work Schedule: 11 Month Position, Off the Month of July, Follows the School Calendar

Job Summary: Oversee the planning, organization and implementation of student outreach initiatives and activities. Foster relationships between CHCA and local non-profit agencies. Oversee co-curricular and extracurricular service and growth for grades 7-12. Create outreach opportunities (local, domestic and international) for students to serve in immersive ways. This position requires a high level of organization and flexibility. Prior experience overseeing student volunteer groups is highly preferable. Students in grades 9-12 have a 120-hour service requirement over the course of their four years. Prior work experience in ministry, education, non-profit, social entrepreneurship and leadership positions will also be considered. This is a full-time position that reports to the Upper School Principal.

  • Comfortable in a multi-denominational, Christian community
